Gratifest

Daily manifestation training

Ten minutes of guided exercises, every morning, new every day.

Gratifest trains your mind to think differently: to know what you truly want, to hold it as already done, and to act when the opening comes. Guided exercises, one instruction at a time, drawn from every tradition that has practiced this and grounded in what the science can stand behind.

Free while in testing. The iPhone app arrives on TestFlight first; the web player follows.

Today's exercises

Eight short exercises in a fixed order, with new words every day. The narration says one thing, then waits while you do it.

  1. Arrive

A few quiet minutes that are only yours.

  2. Thank

Name what is already good. Specific, today, out loud.

  3. Focus

Say what you are bringing your light to. A meeting, a person, a plan.

  4. Vision

See it done. Not someday. Now, in the present tense.

  5. Inspired action

One small step you could take today. Just one.

  6. Feel

The gasp of good news, held from your face to your fingertips.

  7. Release

Let it go. Let it be. You have done your part.

  8. Song

One song to carry it into your day.

grat·i·fest

verb · gratitude + manifest

To manifest by giving thanks first: asking for what you want as if it were already here.

Thanks is the door in, not the whole house. It turns the mind from what is missing toward what is on its way, which is the state the rest of the exercises build on: the vision, the feeling held in the body, the one step you take today.

How it fits into a life

Define what you want

Sixteen questions, one per screen, that take a want like "more money" and find the feeling underneath it. You end with a sentence you can say out loud, three feeling words, and a first action.

Practice every morning

Ten minutes, hands-free. The day's focus is whatever is in front of you today, so the practice bends to your week instead of the other way round.

Act when the door opens

One open inspired action at a time, with a check-in the next day. Done, still on it, or choose another. No streaks and nothing to lose.

Why it works

The oldest techniques for shaping a life, drawn from every faith and from the people who taught them, with the science that explains why they work.

Gratifest trains your mind to think differently, helps you understand what you truly want, and gives you a daily way to harness that power and move toward it. The mystery stays where it belongs, in the practice. The method is plain.

Passed down, not invented

Every tradition has a version of this. The prayer that gives thanks before the answer comes. The vow spoken as if already kept. The image held until the body believes it. Gratifest gathers those techniques into one practice and leaves the dogma out.

Rooted in science

Gratitude practice shifts what the mind notices and improves mood and sleep in controlled studies. Vividly imagined outcomes and felt emotion recruit the same circuits as the real thing. Plans shaped as "when this, then that" roughly double follow-through. The exercises are built on those findings and nothing is claimed beyond them.

Training, not wishing

Ten minutes a day, new every day, is how a skill is built. The mind you practice with is the mind you carry into the meeting, the conversation, the decision. That is where manifesting becomes visible: in what you do next.

Your true goals, not borrowed ones

Define What You Want walks you from the thing you think you want to the feeling underneath it, in sixteen questions. Most people find the real goal is simpler, closer, and already partly here.

Fits the morning you already have

The narration says one thing and waits while you do it. Say "next" to move on, or tap. It plays over the car, headphones or the kitchen speaker, with one instruction on screen in large type if you glance, and a driving mode that leaves out anything with your eyes closed.

Tomorrow morning is a good place to start.
